Pay with Klarna: it’s convenient and safe

If you order something from A.S.Adventure, you can now pay with Klarna. This gives you the option to pay within 21 days. In other words, you can take your time to take a good look at your order at home. Not satisfied with (a part of) your order? No problem, send it back and pay only for what you keep.

Do you want to keep all of the items in your order? Then you can pay directly with Klarna. This is done with Bancontact or with a credit card. Whether you choose to pay immediately or within 21 days, you will enjoy additional purchase protection anyway. For example, Klarna supports you if your items are not delivered by the parcel service. Isn’t that great?

This is how paying with Klarna works

STEP 1:

Go to the webshop and place the products you want in your shopping basket. Click “Order” in your shopping basket and choose home delivery. Fill in all your details and click on “Payment options”.

STEP 2:

Select “Klarna, pay within 21 days”, and then click “Pay”. Then just follow the steps on the website. After you have completed these steps, your order has been placed! You don’t have to pay anything straight away.

STEP 3:

We will ship your order, and the payment period of 21 days starts from then on. You will also receive an email from Klarna containing the payment instructions. Of course, you will have plenty of time to try out your chosen product(s) and return it/them if necessary.

STEP 4:

Have you decided to keep all the items in your order? Perfect. You can pay the full amount: online or via the Klarna app with Bancontact or credit card.

Have you decided to return a part of your order? You only have to pay for what you keep. In this case, you will receive an email with the adjusted purchase amount as soon as your return has been processed.

Frequently asked questions about Klarna

You can pay for your purchase with Bancontact or credit card. The most convenient and easiest way to pay for your purchase is to log in to the Klarna app on your smartphone or tablet and follow the payment instructions. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the payment instructions.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. You have 21 days (three weeks), starting from the shipment of your order, to pay.

You can return the items by post, or take them to a A.S.Adventure Store of your choice. If you return (part of) your order to the store, you do not have to fill in a return form. You will no longer have to keep the shipping box either. 

If you prefer to return by post, fill in the return form (this is included in the box with every order, but you can download it from your online account as well), and put it back in the box with the item you want to return. Make sure it is securely closed, and then stick on the return sticker (that you receive from us for free). You will receive a track & trace number or a confirmation of the shipment at the post office or pick-up point. Be sure to keep a record of this until your return has been processed. 

Also update your return in the Klarna app by clicking on “I have returned products”. This way, the payment will be paused and you don’t have to worry about the payment while A.S.Adventure processes your return shipment. Once this has been done, the invoice will be adjusted (if you only returned part of your order) or cancelled (if you returned your entire order). You will also receive an update by email, so you only pay for what you keep. You can check the status of your invoice at any time in the Klarna app.
